Insurance Fraud Solicitor

Are you a defendant insurance fraud solicitor looking to joint a top 50 law firm in Manchester city centre? This is an opportunity for you to join a successful global law firm which boasts an excellent reputation in respect of defendant personal injury insurance fraud and to handle your own caseload of insurance fraud matters. Applications are invited from solicitors and legal executives.  
 
You will be responsible for handling a caseload of predominantly RTA matters including pre-litigated and litigated work. You may also be given the opportunity to team with EL/PL insurance fraud matters as well as some first party fraud claims. You will be responsible for advising client's and reporting to them in accordance with their SLA's. Your clients will include national insurance companies, self-insured and corporate companies. 
 
To apply for this role you must have: 

• Good academics (good A-levels and a 2:1 degree or equivalent)
• Experience working towards and achieving targets 
• Experience handling multi-track personal injury claims 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong experience in defendant insurance fraud is preferable (ideally between 3-6 years) although if you are from a claimant background with strong experience in multi-track and pleading fraud, you are encouraged to apply.
 
Experience in handling EL/PL claims is preferable. Those with experience of supervising more junior lawyers would be beneficial.
