The team comprises market leading experts attracting quality instructions. You will enjoy advising creditors, insolvency practitioners, directors & shareholders, individuals and corporate clients. Typical instructions include:

• Formal insolvency, liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings,
• Advising trustees, liquidators and administrators,
• Investigations of asset disposals and antecedent transactions,
• Misfeasance and breach of duty claims,
• Asset recoveries,
• Director Disqualification proceedings,

Whilst focusing on contentious insolvency instructions, you will be involved in providing clients and internal directors with advice and potential solutions on mainstream commercial disputes arising from:

• Contractual Disputes
• Negligence Actions
• Financial Litigations
• Debt Recovery & Enforcement

With regards complex and technical pieces of litigation, it will be possible to outsource or refer such instructions. 

The nature of the role requires a contentious insolvency specialist or a commercial litigator with meaningful insolvency experience – at not less than 5 years’ PQE. You will find the culture is dynamic and high achieving in what is a down-to-earth, approachable and well-humoured team.
