Residential Property Paralegal

A national firm are recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience to join their practice in running a caseload of leasehold and freehold transactions as well as some new build matters to. 

This firm are a renowned national practice dealing with a variety of household property names including Barratt Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Countryside et al. 

The firm sit on the lender panel of all major institutional banks and are recommended by most of the UK's national developers. The property team is responsible for volume conveyancing work and plot purchases whilst providing services for high-net-worth clients where a bespoke service is required. 

Tt be considered for the role you must have: 
- At least 2 years experience in Conveyancing
- Experience of running your own caseload
- Must have experience of New Build transactions
- Competent IT Skills, particularly in using most Microsoft applications
- Experience of using Proclaim CMS is preferable
- Highly organised
- Good telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
