Commercial Property Solicitor

They're seeking an experienced, committed Commercial Property Solicitor with ideally 2-4 years' PQE whom has a sound knowledge of the property landscape in the region and experience in dealing with a range of commercial property transactions, delivering results consistently.

Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. The firm is known for providing practical holistic commercial solutions and act for an impressive range of clients, acting in transactions ranging from retail and development projects through to agricultural businesses. The candidate will ideally have sound experience of working across all areas of property law, including landlord and tenant, portfolio management and some knowledge of development work. Other areas of work will include preparing leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices and other landlord and tenant documentation and generally advising on landlord and
tenant issues including 1954 Act notices.

They will be a team player with a client focussed approach and able to demonstrate a real willingness to be involved in business development activities and networking. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
