In-house Paralegal - Southampton

Entrepreneurial investment company that continues to grow is seeking to expand their In-house legal team and recruit a Paralegal.

This is an established investment company that is privately owned and acts for institutional investors and transactions across a multitude of sectors.

The team is headed up Senior In-house Counsel and deals with a range of corporate transactions relating to property sector, renewable energy and investments across other industries. The team also deals with commercial work relating to contracts, procurement matters and managing projects.

The role will involve providing paralegal and administrative support across corporate and company commercial law. Alongside this you will provide support with transactions and field enquiries and correspondence with clients.

Ideally, you will have previous Paralegal experience gained within a Corporate Finance role within private or in-house and knowledge of companies house forms and companies Act 2006.
