This is a great opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a team dedicated to delivering excellent planning and highways advice. You will be part of the wider Commercial Property team working directly with two other officers. Applications are welcomed from lawyers with previous public sector or private practice experience. The successful candidate will have a varied caseload including drafting complex notices and s278 agreements, advising the Council on all planning and highways matters, advising on judicial reviews and planning appeals and attending to advise at the planning and highways committee.
