This is a newly created role within the existing Legal Services, Litigation Team of Incommunities.

Reporting to the Director of Legal and Governance, you will be responsible for the management of the Litigation Team. An experienced lawyer and advocate, your skills will be used to manage your own caseload and act as the primary advocate on your team’s cases, delivering a full litigation service to Incommunities Group. This litigation will involve housing matters such as anti-social behaviour injunctions, possessions, and disrepair. However you will also act on other dispute resolution and litigation matters, which can be many and varied.

You will be a qualified, experienced solicitor, barrister or legal executive (with extended rights of audience) who can demonstrate experience of managing staff. You will have a good working knowledge of housing law and procedure, and wider civil litigation.
