Job Details
Debt Recovery Paralegal required to join a local authority based in Cambridgeshire for an initial 3 month period.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large organisation and work within a specialist area of law that is increasingly popular in the public sector.
This position will be well suited to an enthusiastic Paralegal who enjoys fast-paced work, and likes to get really involved with cases and make a difference.
You will be assisting with the recovery of outstanding debts owed to the council including: -
- Adults social care debts
- Charging orders
- Bankruptcy
Our client is keen to hear from paralegals who have a real enthusiasm for public sector law. Due to the specialist nature of the work, no previous experience of working within debt recovery is necessary providing you have the right work ethic. We believe that this position would be well suited to a litigation paralegal, who is looking to broaden their experience and get their foot in the door of a public sector organisation.
