In-House Construction Lawyer Job in Bath

Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer to become part of an established in-house team based in Bath. You will provide construction advice and assistance to support the extensive in-house activities and will also work on a market leading mixed commercial/residential development project in the South West. This will include negotiating, drafting and advising on construction contracts and appointments. You will also work across the in-house function on regulated and unregulated matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE, with a specialisation in construction, and possess a proven track record in transactional work including NEC, JCT and design and build contracts. Experience of working in house would be an advantage, but is not essential. You will be able to build good working relationships with developers, contractors, engineers and surveyors, as well as the internal client.
