Head of Department, Residential Property

A well-established practice based in central Bristol is seeking to appoint a Head of Department to join their Residential Property team. The team advise across the full scope of residential property matters encompassing sales and purchase, letting and renting, shared ownership, remortgages, searches and surveys and auction purchases.

As Head of Department, you will have the requisite supervisory skills, able to lead and develop a team. The firm is seeking to appoint a qualified lawyer into this post, with extensive conveyancing knowledge and proven technical acumen. You will be able to manage your own caseload of complex conveyancing whilst assisting more junior members of staff with technical queries and supervision.
