In House Counsel Commercial Property

Your new company
A rapidly growing social impact business in the property sector with excellent funding prospects are seeking a talented and commercially driven Property Lawyer to support the Head of Legal during and exciting period of expansion.

Your new role
Working closely with the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for a full range of commercial and regulatory documentation in relation to the group's ongoing investment and development programmes. You will be involved with all stages of projects from raising capital through managing investments, partnerships, delivery and practical completion.

What you'll need to succeed
To be be considered you must be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales of 4 PQE+. You will demonstrate a sterling track record of managing projects effectively, showing the gravitas and tenacity to manage stakeholders effectively and meet deadlines. You will have a thorough grounding in property law, ideally with an understanding of project finance and or the social housing sector. You will be an excellent communicator and be capable of self-motivating to achieve objectives and milestones.
