Job Details
A top 100 law firm, are seeking an immigration associate to join their busy team.
You will manage your own caseload of immigration law and employment law under supervision where appropriate providing advice to employers, corporate clients and private individuals working as part of a small supportive team.
As an Immigration Solicitor you will advise employers on sponsor licence applications and sponsor compliance as well as the requirements for Tier 2 sponsorship and advising on Tier 2 entry clearance applications and extension applications. You will also assist clients with the full range of other applications under the immigration rules and assist EEA nationals and their family members.
Candidates must have excellent academics and ideally 2 years PQE as an immigration solicitor, ideally with knowledge of the Points Based System.
The firm are also looking at someone who can turn their hand to employment law and also has experience in this area.
