Private Client Lawyer - Our clients, a niche property and probate practice on the Surrey/Hampshire border now need a further private client fee earner to join their expanding team. He/she will need to have c.2-4 years’ relevant case handling experience and able to work in a standalone capacity. They have an extensive database of clients managed by a sophisticated case management system in which training will be given.
You will show a wide and in-depth knowledge in managing a busy caseload, drafting simple and complex wills, LPA’s and managing probates & estates. He/she should be willing to play an active role in marketing and practice development activities.
