Solicitor - Financial Mis-selling

My client is a well established top 100 law firm based in the heart of Cardiff. Due to a period of expansion the firm are looking to add a Financial Mis-selling Solicitor to their operation in Cardiff.

Reporting to a Managing Partner, you will be working alongside a small team of Legal and Compliance professionals and will be the main point of contact for Clients, Creditors and all third party contacts relating to their caseload. The main purpose of the role is to advise on new and ongoing legal cases, complete and review case summaries and also be available for telephone and personal Court hearings.

Required experience;

You must be a fully qualified Solicitor, from a relevant area of Law, ideally financial mis-selling
You must be fully aware of the FCA guidelines to support the company's policies
You must have meticulous attention to detail and be proficient in the Proclaim legal CRM system
Technical skills would be an advantage for compiling accurate and well formatted documents
