Job Details
Hugely ambitious and extremely diverse plc is looking to expand its legal team by adding another lawyer to one of its subsidiary offices based in West Yorkshire.
Reporting into the General Counsel and Company Secretary, with a direct line into a local legal manager, you'll work within their integral and highly regarded legal team, ultimately advising on a plethora of legal issues with a bias towards construction following a relatively recent acquisition and appointment of a senior construction
The team is valued and integral to the business, however the expectations are high and you'll be expected to demonstrate a positive, pragmatic and a "Can-Do" attitude. You'll regularly work alongside the board and will therefore be expected to provide commercially viable solutions and advice which will help to drive the business forward, as it diversifies into new and emerging sectors and markets.

We would anticipate the successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE in construction law and a willingness to diversify their skills as widely as the sectors the business serves. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will also include a comprehensive benefits package.
