Commercial Property Solicitor
My client is searching for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their exceptional law firm based in Buckinghamshire. You will be a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE and proven experience in running your own caseload gained within a city or leading regional firm.
The role will include dealing with acquisitions and disposals, creating and renewing business leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, lease extensions, right to buy and right to acquire. This opportunity gives you the chance to work with some very high profile clients and offers great quality of work.
You should be a strong team player who is able to motivate themselves and must be passionate about your work. Ideally you will be excited by the opportunity to get involved in business development.
This is an excellent opportunity in a law firm which offers a great chance of progression. Salary package and benefits will also be highly attractive.
