Property Locum – Oxfordshire – July start – £35-£45 per hour
An attractive opportunity has arisen for a successful Property Locum to aid a Commercial Practice in Oxfordshire. This position is likely to last for 3-6 months, with strong possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will handle a busy caseload consisting of both commercial and residential property matters, including dealing with the granting of leases and acquisition of properties, with a strong emphasis on high street letting of premises and retail outlets. Other responsibilities will include handling the sale and purchase of residential property from instruction to completion.
Although experience in both commercial and residential property is desirable, our client will consider applications from candidates who wish to practice only commercial or residential property.
The firm's office is located in an idyllic village in Oxfordshire, and free on-site parking is provided. The role has the potential to be long term, with an initial expected duration of 3-6 months.
