This well established north Kent based law firm wishes to appoint a residential conveyancing solicitor to join their busy residential conveyancing department. The successful residential conveyancing solicitor will have at least one year`s post qualification experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages, you will be used to dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The residential conveyancing solicitor role requires the ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system is required.
