Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a public sector organisation based in the North East for an initial period of 12 months
An ambitious business based in the vibrant North East is urgently recruiting for a lawyer to support an essential, and time-sensitive project for a 12 month period.
This is a growing business, based in fantastic state of the art offices, located within easily accessible routes to and from the city of Newcastle.
With an exceptional team, this organisation is looking for supporting resource to work on a stand-alone project.
Ideally you will possess excellent attention to detail, as an experienced property lawyer, with experience within leasehold property work, and residential leasehold experience in particular.
You will be either formally qualified, or not, but as a minimum, possess at least 3 years' of experience within commercial property, and be available on short notice.
In return for your commitment for at least 12 months, you will enjoy an excellent hourly rate, a strong organisation to have included on your CV.
