MOJ Fee Earner

My client is a leading Personal Injury Law Firm who due to a period of insurance contract wins is looking to add a MOJ (Non Contentious) Legal Advisor to their team in Aldershot.

The main duties of this role is the provision of claims handling in the designated MOJ team including the execution of tasks from file allocation to closure in an accurate and efficient manner.

Individual performance will be monitored against agreed daily and monthly targets with an emphasis on contributing to the team as a whole.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the MOJ process, showing excellent attention to detail and the ability to secure and record accurate information and data within the case management system.
