CORPORATE SOLICITOR - ESSEX - A great opportunity for a corporate Solicitor to work within a very well respected regional firm. - CORPORATE SOLICITOR - Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) - A very rare opportunity for a mid to senior level corporate solicitor to join this very well established Legal 500 corporate team. This is a discreet mid to senior appointment with exciting career opportunities and any application will be treated in the utmost confidence. The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm. The work you will be undertaking will be of a very high quality and will be primarily concerned with corporate matters relating to real estate, corporate transactions alongside a wide array of other general corporate matters. Experience of this type of work in a regional or other national firm is highly desirable. The role will also involve business development and marketing. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the partners of the firm and be exposed to a wide range of corporate matters, promising a fast and exciting workload.
