Commercial Property Solicitor - Part time - Banbury - Oxfordshire
Part time - 3 days a week ideally but flexible on arrangements so anyone looking for part time hours in encouraged to get in touch.
Ideally candidates will be able to show 3 years plus PQE
Boutique commercial firm - Good quality work - Lovely peaceful Semi rural location.
This role will be to deal with a caseload of commercial property matters. Good quality work with an excellent and loyal client base but without the high pressure environments of the larger firms.
The successful candidate will be a solicitor, legal executive or Licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years experience of dealing with their own caseload of commercial property matters such as acquisitions and disposals and commercial leases. You will be working alongside 2 solicitors currently within the department dealing with good quality commercial property work.
This firm was set up by 2 ex city lawyers who wanted to service good quality work but move away from the hustle and bustle of London. They are situated just outside Banbury in a quiet barn conversion and are able to attract good quality work from an impressive and loyal client base including well known national companies. A lot of their residential property work is generated from recommendations and referrals from their business clients and is high quality and often high value work. They are a firm that is focused on individual client care rather than targets and volume of work.
This role would suit a personable, friendly and experienced solicitor that is looking to improve their work life balance but who wants to continue to deal with good quality work within a commercial firm. There is currently 10 lawyers within the practice (plus support staff) and therefore it is of a nice size to provide a very supportive and friendly working environment and is a far cry from other firms out there that operate a more volume type of property environment.
Salary depending on experience.
If this role sounds like it may be of interest and you would like to be contacted for a confidential conversation about the role please apply ASAP or get in touch with Greg at QED legal.
