Commerce & Technology Solicitor

Legal 500 law firm looking to recruit an associate level solicitor to join their successful commerce and technology team. The firm are regional powerhouse and the position will be based in their Nottingham office.
 
As a commerce and technology solicitor you will deal with a wide range of supply and purchase contracts, specialist agreement for technology rights, IT contracts, engineering contracts, and consumer contracts. This role will best suit candidates with strong commercial background and a keen interest in the tech industry.
 
With 2-5 years’ PQE, you will have previous experience in commercial field and a strong academic profile. Most of the work will be non-contentious, and successful candidates will be familiar with IP and data protection aspects of commercial agreements. Candidates with good public sector experienced are encouraged to apply.
