Conveyancer

Our client is a well established law firm with offices across West Yorkshire. They require experienced Conveyancers to join their conveyancing teams at offices across West Yorkshire including Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield and Halifax. Please specify your preferred location when applying.

You will handle your own caseload of all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work. Utilising Proclaim case management systems, you will also be required to generate revenue through business development/marketing.

You will need:

• A minimum of 3 years experience handling own caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters – sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold.
• Strong client care skills.
• To be confident dealing with a busy caseload and work well within a team as well as being able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience of using Proclaim or similar case management systems.
• To be proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the firm.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience plus benefits including; contributory pension, life assurance, flexi-scheme.
