Job Details
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 5PQE+ to join a rapidly growing modern law firm based in their Darlington office. You will handle a busy caseload consisting of the full range of commercial property matters; commercial sales/ purchases, business leases, landlord and tenant matters, property development and agricultural land. Part time candidates will be considered.
You will need:
- A minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial property.
- Excellent client care skills.
- The ability to work on own initiative and prioritise a busy workload.
- To be a team player.
- The ability to market and grow and develop the caseload.
