Job Details
Due to expansion, our client requires an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor 4/5PQE+ to join the team based in their Darlington office. You will handle a caseload consisting of commercial contracts, service agreements, partnership agreements, terms and conditions, M&A matters and business sales.
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE (or equivalent) with good solid experience in company commercial matters. The ideal candidate will have a background that covers the full range of business services to include commercial contracts, partnership agreements, terms and conditions, service agreements, company formations, M&A matters and business sales. You will also have good business development and networking skills and be happy to contribute to the growth of the department.

Salary negotiable depending on experience + 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, company pension, and flexible working. Part time hours considered.
