This Legal 500 ranked firm is very similar in style to a West End practice. They have an excellent client base of HNW individuals and businesses, and a growing proportion of their work has an international element; the practice rests in the affluent area of Hampstead, North London. The firm has been established 15+ years and have grown year on year and now have a head count of over 50 members of staff. The company has attracted many lawyers out of the city who are looking to deal still with a high quality of work but want better work-life balance, progression, and prospects.

A new vacancy has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their flourishing, very modern office based in Hampstead, North London.

The firm is dynamic, innovative, and quick to adapt to changing market trends. The team has a friendly, supportive, and progressive culture which has allowed them to have a staff retention rate of 95% in recent years.

The Commercial Property department deals with a broad range of work; this includes; Landlord & Tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial Leases, Lease renewals and Property finance work for bridging companies. You will work with a varied client base which includes; Portfolio owners, HNW investors, Retailers, and Hotels. The firm has particular expertise of acting for Restaurants

There is currently a team of three in the department. This role is to take over some of the work from the Managing Partner so that he can take more of a general management role within the firm. You will work alongside the other Partner in the team. You will work in collaboration to lead the department forward.

This role could be an excellent stepping stone for someone looking for career progression and Partnership who may have hit a glass ceiling at their current firm.

You will be a:

• Commercial Property Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of experience)
• You should be able to run your own general commercial property caseload with minimal supervision
• Be a commercially minded lawyer, able to spot opportunities to build business
• Have broad experience of dealing with a general Commercial Property caseload
• Have first-class client care skill
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structure
