An international Defendant Firm is seeking a strong Clinical Negligence Professional to join their Health Litigation team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to undertake high quality tasks on clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and other defendant clients.
As the right candidate you will have at least 2 years prior experience handling you own caseload of clinical negligence claim files, ideally within defence. You must be able to work well under pressure and have history of working independently as well as part of a team. You will give priority to client care, upholding client needs and expectations at all times. During the role you will undertake expert instruction claims, arrange conferences and meetings as well as providing analysis to expert reports. You will feel confident delivering technically accurate and appropriate advice to clients.
As a standard you will have excellent organisational skills combined with solid commercial awareness of the health sector and market.
