THE FIRM
An international law firm with one of the broadest banking and finance practices of any major City law firm.
The practice operates internationally, with banking teams in Germany, France, Italy, Russia, Poland, Amsterdam, New York, Singapore and Hong Kong.
THE ROLE
Within the Project Finance Unit which deals with a broad range of domestic private finance initiative/public private partnerships work and has a reputation for successfully closing even the most complex deals.
The Project Finance Unit banking team deals with work across a broad spread of industry sectors for clients ranging from sponsors to lending banks.
The practice has advised on a broad range of infrastructure deals, both domestic and international, including some of the largest and most innovative projects to come to the market.
These include primary market transactions as well as acquisitions, refinancings, fund financings, corporate facilities and secondary markets work.
ABOUT YOU
The firm is looking for a banking lawyer with infrastructure and project finance experience, ideally 3-6PQE (or equivalent)
Candidates should be at a leading City or US firm.
It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.
