Commercial Property Solicitor

A known Commercial law firm in Banbury is seeking an experienced 2+ years’ PQE Solicitor for its Property department.

This opportunity would suit someone seeking to work for a small niche firm, perhaps seeking more work/life balance without compromising on quality of work.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be working closely with the Commercial Property Partner for an array of clients which include SME's, Limited Companies in the retail and IT sector, and some small banks/building societies.

The role will include working closely with the Commercial Department, and occasional work will be high net worth Residential as the work is referred from the firm’s business clients.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, handling a varied caseload of Acquisition & Transfer/Sales & Purchase, Landlord & Tenant, some Investment and Development matters, and Leasehold & commercial Freehold.

In this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will also enjoy promoting and developing the Property Department, building on existing contacts and making new ones. Salary will be negotiable, depending on experience, plus a performance related bonus with partnership prospects within 2 years’ for the right applicant.
