Commercial Property Solicitor

If you are a NQ or junior commercial property solicitor wishing to kick start your career by joining a leading commercial property team with a Legal 500 practice in an enviable location, then my client would like to hear from you!

The successful applicant will enjoy the following:

  • Being part of one of the largest, non-City based firms in the West Midlands
  • Handling a top drawer commercial property caseload comprising development, sales and acquisitions of land and property, landlord and tenant matters and agricultural property
  • Acting on behalf of a wide range of UK-wide businesses to include property developers; corporate, retail or public sector landlords or tenants; PLCs, limited companies and charities
  • Being involved in business development and marketing to include attending client seminars, client events and writing newsletters

It is envisaged that this role would suit an enthusiastic commercial property solicitor who is either newly qualified or who has up to two years' PQE relevant commercial property experience gained either during training or post qualification, however applications from more senior candidates will also be considered.
