Corporate Solicitor
A top City practice are looking to expand their Corporate Commercial team. You will be working on both UK and international clients across a broad range of industry sectors; from media and sports to fashion and financial services.
The ideal person will have expertise in handling national and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and disposals, joint venture and shareholder arrangements and limited liability partnership agreements; IPOs on the main market, the AIM; management buyouts and private equity transactions; forms of equity funding; company reconstructions; general company law including directors' duties and corporate governance and regulatory advice; and insolvency and corporate recovery.
In addition you will be expected to draft commercial contracts ranging from supply, distribution and agency agreements, to intellectual property, e-commerce and brand and sponsorship agreements.
