Banking/Project Finance Lawyer/Associate
Our clients are a leading City firm. They have an exciting new opportunity for a banking lawyer with infrastructure and project finance experience.
You should have gained experience at a leading City or US firm and you'll be ready to take on an exciting opportunity dealing with a broad range of private finance initiative/public private partnerships, infrastructure and complex deals involving innovative projects. These will include primary market transactions as well as acquisitions, refinancings, fund financings, corporate facilities and secondary markets work.
