Defendant Clinical Negligence
A highly established firm in the East Midlands are seeking a Defendant clinical negligence Solicitor to join the team running a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims.
This firm is part of the NHS Litigation Authority and is recognised as a top tier firm by the Legal 500. The firm also acts for a wide range of insurers and public bodies both nationally and worldwide.
The firm have a dedicated clinical negligence team and working on high value cases covering a wide range of negligence issues.
The firm is looking for a solicitor with NQ-2PQE experience, ideally with experience working at a NHSLA panel firm. However claimant solicitors working at a highly established firm will be looked at. Experience working in catastrophic injury is highly desirable.
The firm offers a highly competitive salary and is an excellent opportunity not to be missed working at a highly reputable national firm.
