Senior RTA Litigator

A well-established Merseyside based litigation practice is looking to hire a senior level litigator with experience of litigated RTA claims.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with an interest in joining the firm's technical claims unit to deal with litigated claims of a more complex nature.

The firm in question is willing to offer very competitive salaries to attract the very best talent in the North West.

What they expect in return is a high degree of technical expertise when it comes to complex procedural issues involving CPR interpretation and case law.

Applicants from either a Claimant or Defendant background will be considered provided they are robust no nonsense litigators. The team in question deal with the liability disputes/LVI/fraud etc and so any candidate will need the suitable level of technical ability and experience.

Salary commensurate with experience but candidates currently earning between £35,000 and £50,000 will be considered.

It is essential that applicants have a previous track record of running a litigated RTA caseload. The firm continues to grow in spite of recent industry changes and job security is guaranteed. Stated PQE and salary levels are for guidance only.
