The Role: Locum Property Solicitor

Contract Type: Approximately 6 week locum assignment with the possibility of extending

Our client, a well-respected and established firm based in Kent is looking to recruit a Locum Property Solicitor to join them on a full time locum basis due to various holiday cover requirements. The role would suit a qualified solicitor who has also gained experience dealing with private client matters.

This opportunity will enable the successful Locum Property Solicitor to manage a mixed commercial and residential property caseload as well as consisting of some private client matters. Due to the nature of this role the successful applicant must be able to deal with both property and private client matters.

Applications will be considered from qualified solicitors with at least 3-5 years' PQE who is able to take on varied and mixed caseload and able to hit the ground running in this locum position. Ideally the successful Locum Property Solicitor will be technically competent and able to commit to a mid to long term locum assignment.
