Construction Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Locum to join a Legal Practice in South Yorkshire on a locum basis.

The successful candidate will be:

• Dealing with non-contentious construction matters
• Dealing with development work, including, but not limited to: offices, residential, leisure facilities and universities
• Drafting, reviewing and advising upon infrastructure and development agreements, collateral warranties, building and construction contracts

It is essential that the successful candidate is a Qualified Solicitor with a current Practicing Certificate
