The firm is looking to hire a Senior Corporate Lawyer into their thriving and growing Exeter, Devon office.

You will work directly alongside the Partner on very high-quality work. This department is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and has grown year on year. You will supervise and mentor junior members of the team. You will also manage client relationships; you will be at the forefront of this team. You will deal with a broad range of work including; mergers & acquisitions, MBOs, shareholder agreements, sales & acquisitions, and joint ventures.

This role comes with good prospects for the short term, including Partnership. You will lead and mentor the team and be given the skills to get you on track to Partnership.

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with at least five years + PQE
• You will have a good grounding in Corporate work and be used to dealing with a wide range of work
• You will be based in the Exeter, Devon.
• You should be an ambitious candidate wanting to progress

• Salary is dependent on your level of experience and background, although, above market rate, you will also receive a truly excellent benefits package.
