Their fee earners are not just technically strong but are exceptional business developers, and many of the Lawyers have very impressive client bases. You will find that they deal with a varied spread of customers, with emphasis on HNW individuals, OMB, SME's, and company Directors. The sector variety makes for an interesting role full of variety.

The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their prestigious Hertfordshire office.

The Private Client department deals with an excellent quality of work; you will mainly work with HNW individuals, Non-domicile individuals, Company Directors, and entrepreneurs. There is currently only a team of three and the firm feel given their exceptionally strong high-end Conveyancing and Corporate departments, this department could easily be grown. They are seeking an ambitious Private Client Senior Solicitor to work alongside the other Partners to drive this forward. The Partners feel the department could quite easily be grown; you will be at the forefront of Private Client department across both prestigious locations. The caseload will be broad and will include; Wills, Trusts, Administration of estates including foreign issues, Lasting powers of attorney, Tax Planning and Probate matters.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Head of Department and Partnership.

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit on PQE)
• You will have broad Private Client experience; you should have good technical knowledge
• Experience of managing fee earners would be too advantage but is certainly not essential
• Business development experience is desirable
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure and benefits package.
