Job Details
A strong regional firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their award winning team based in Newcastle. The Corporate team has built up a fantastic reputation which has gained them numerous awards and is and regarded by many as the number one team in the North East.
The firm is very interested in speaking to candidates who have recently qualified as a Solicitor or who qualify in September 2017 to work in their award-winning corporate team.
The Role:
On a day to day basis, the team deals with a range of corporate finance transactions and a spread of work ranging from working with early stage business and start up arrangements through to major fundraising, IPO and merger and acquisition work.
You will be working on a wide range of corporate matters that includes; mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, listed company transactions and IPOs, corporate finance transactions and major fundraisers.
You will be acting for a range of well-established clients that include; SME's, owner managed businesses and large corporations.
An interest in Business Development will also be advantageous.
The Candidate
Our client is ideally looking to recruit a Solicitor with a minimum of 0 years PQE. Whether you are NQ, or have a wealth of experience behind you, then please don't hesitate to apply.
You should have strong corporate law knowledge, technical ability and business acumen.
You must have a genuine interest in this area of law and a keen desire to progress your career.
