Family Law Solicitor 3 Years + PQE

Based in Enfield, North London, this practice has a reputation that stands them out even amongst substantially larger firms. This firm seeks a Family Law Solicitor to join their traditional and well-known firm. Practicing for over 60 years with a truly multi-service offering, they have grown year on year and offer a fantastic work life balance with a really lovely culture where staff really enjoy coming into work. All the fee earners have been at this firm for over 10 years with the longest serving member having been at the firm for 34 years demonstrating an unheard of staff retention rate. They put a real emphasis on dealing with quality work, adding real value to client matters.
You will join the Family team consisting of 3 Solicitors and 2 Paralegals, you will have a varied case load to including private, children and care cases along with very affluent client base. They have a good reputation locally and do get a lot of referral work.
· You will be joining a team of 5 in the Family Law team in the Enfield office.
· Have at least 3 years' PQE as a Family Law Solicitor (we do also urge even the most experience solicitor to apply as they are also hiring at a more senior level).
· Children Panel membership is preferred but not essential
· Handle a caseload of good quality work.
· A salary between £35,000-£50,000 plus excellent staff benefits.
· Be part of a Practice with a good history and a real family feel.
