Are you looking for a non-client facing role?
Do you have strong Sales and Purchase experience and the ability to assist a Conveyancing and Remortgage Department with technical queries such as Money Laundering?
I currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to assist a reputable Legal Department in Leeds as a Technical Conveyancing Advisor, dealing with volume title or other pre completion issues which arise on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for any technical queries such as Anti-Money Laundering and where possible, identify potential process improvements.
As well as the role of Technical Conveyancing Advisor being non client facing, the firm also offer an outstanding work life balance and possible flexi time hours.
