NQ Dispute Resolution Solicitor
NQ Dispute Resolution Solicitor , Birmingham
In this role you can expect to assist on a wide range of matters including restructuring, recoveries & insolvency and general dispute resolution.
You should have individual flair and technical expertise and this will be nurtured not subdued.
On a day to day basis you can expect to advise on all aspects of traditional contentious and transactional/advisory insolvency work to Insolvency Practitioners and Lenders, you will also get involved in corporate turnaround situations and distressed investment scenarios.
There is a lot of cross over work coming in from other departments, with key clients associated with the firm.
The role will include a wide range of case loads, including contentious and non-contentious work. The work will range from complex restructuring and accelerated sale mandates, to formal insolvency procedures.
The team regularly acts for "big 4" accountants as well as mid tier. The team also acts for a wide spectrum of lenders, from clearing banks and assets based lenders, to peer-to-peer and short team funders.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Birmingham area.
