Junior Commercial Property Lawyer

This is a fantastic Commercial Property role for a solicitor within a progressive firm based in Leeds City Centre. You would be joining a department that is rapidly growing and dealing with some fantastic quality work, for national and local household name clients. If you are looking to be part of a close knit team within a collegiate firm and wish to excel within your career then this role could be ideal. It would very much suit someone who wants to be within a practice where their contribution is very identifiable, and where they can benefit from working directly with high profile lawyers, many of whom have joined from the big 6 in Leeds.

The role
Broad range of commercial property matters with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work
The team boasts an impressive client base across a range of sectors from commercial and residential development, to leisure, investment and corporate occupier work as well as charities and major household names
Working with partners in the team who are all from internationally recognised firms
Depending upon the exact nature of the work and your level of experience it could be that you are running your own work, as well as working alongside colleagues on significant projects, really developing your skills technically and commercially

The candidate
Our client are open minded but suggest that candidates with around 2-8 years PQE will possess the correct skillset and knowledge to succeed in this role, they are keen for the person to take on their own client relationships as well as working with peers
They are happy to look at lawyers from a range of different firms, it is the quality of the individual and their experience that is key as they are known for delivering a really high level of service and really don't want to dilute that
Must be confident with excellent communication skills and ideally want to get involved with clients, they will very much support and encourage your skills in this respect, meaning that you will be a fully rounded lawyer
