Senior Lawyer – Property and Commercial Property, (Commercial, and Regeneration Team)

37 hours per week although part time hours will be considered
 
Experienced commercial senior property lawyer required with background in all aspects of commercial property work. We are a small property team within Legal Services who work closely with the surveyors in the Corporate Assets Department as well as other departments.   Previous local government experience is not essential.  

The post requires excellent communication skills and involves a varied caseload involving mainly commercial landlord and tenant matters.  There is scope for the successful applicant to become involved in development and regeneration projects.

You will have a good knowledge of commercial property law together with a commercial approach to all areas of your work.  A willingness to be proactive is essential.

DBS Disclosure at Standard level will be required prior to any offer of employment and this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
