Litigation Solicitor
Worcestershire – £25-£35ph DOE – ASAP start - On-going locum assignment – 2 days per week
An attractive part-time locum opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil and Commercial Litigator to assist a busy legal practice in Worcestershire.
Our client, a well-established law firm with excellent reputation in the local area, is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Litigation Fee Earner to hit the ground running and provide efficient cover for a period of circa 4 months initially with potential for further extension.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive capable of independently managing a full caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation cases with the support of a capable secretary. The caseload will be varied and typical matters will include debt recovery proceedings, personal injury claims, and employment and property disputes.
The assignment is projected to commence as soon as possible and an immediate starter would be welcomed. An hourly rate of up to £35 per hour is on offer and is negotiable depending on experience.
