Property Solicitor/Barrister/Legal Executive

Solicitor/ Barrister/ Legal Executive with Property experience required to join a leading local authority.

Hays are currently working in partnership with a well-established, leading local authority which helps to improve people's lives on a daily basis. They do this by assisting clients and communities alike within the areas they service. Due to a rising demand for property and work development, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Legal Executive from a property law background to join their legal services team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be required to deliver highly complex commercial conveyancing, projects, development and property. You will provide superb customer service for internal and external clients. Moreover, you will be expected to offer support for the Team Senior Legal Executive, provide training for your colleagues and work as a team member. You will also participate and contribute to team briefings and consultation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be a UK qualified Property Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with a relevant work experience, together with 2 years training experience completed. You will also be commercially aware, possess in-depth knowledge of local government processes and policies, as well as experience of handling full, complex case load.
