Dispute Resolution Solicitor 3+

Your new company
You will be joining a UK top 200 law firm in their Bath office that provides a full range of commercial and personal legal services with particular expertise in the areas of charity and education.

Your new role
You will be part of the thriving Dispute Resolution Team based out of Bath but with the opportunity to work out of other offices depending on client requirements. This is a broad disputes role and your caseload could include areas as varied as partnership disputes, defamation, contentious probate matters, charity and educational institutional disputes and property matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have gained between three and five years experience of commercial and civil litigation matters. You will also be comfortable with business development and be willing to engage in and contribute to seminars and marketing initiatives across the firm. Supervisory experience would be welcomed.
