A Clinical Negligence Solicitor is sought after to join a Top 30 law firm in the heart of Liverpool.

The role

My client is an outstanding practice, which has locations spread all over the UK. This opportunity will be for working within its Clinical Negligence department in Liverpool. This team is highly regarded, offering exposure to exceptional quality work.

As a clinical negligence solicitor, you will manage a full caseload of litigated clinical-negligence files through to conclusion. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drafting advices to the client
• Interviewing and drafting witness statements
• Instructing experts and counsel
• Attending court for case management conferences and application hearings
• Holding conferences with counsel
• Preparing for and attending trial
• Negotiating settlements

The candidate

Applications are being accepted from clinical negligence solicitors who have between one and five years’ PQE, with experience from either a claimant or defendant background.
