The team
The Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. Offering exceptional market knowledge the team holds an outstanding reputation with clients and the market generally. The role
They have a great opportunity within the Manchester based team and are interested in looking at candidates at a variety of levels from solicitor (1+PQE) to senior associate.
Skills and qualifications
For both roles they are seeking candidates able to demonstrate strong experience in advising and representing clients on a range of general real estate matters, together with a client centred approach.
An excellent academic record and training with a leading city, national or regional firm is required in addition to excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to progress work quickly and establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues is essential.
